Learn to Record Vocals with Kimera Morrell
I have a clear vision for vocalists like you.
I see the roadmap and the potential future.
You already have the vehicle - you're already on the roadmap but it's you that chooses when the lights turn green.
I believe we can agree on the first step: we need to get your music in recorded format. Whatever your goals are, that is a must.
Questions for you:
Would you like to get your music out to the world but you feel beholden to someone else’s schedule, having trouble finishing songs?
If I had a paid opportunity for you to record vocals on a short deadline, would you have the reliable means to say yes?
- Does it sound too hard to learn to record, but you're kinda curious to let me prove to you how easy it is?
- Do you have no time to go to college for recording, but your eyebrow raises when I tell you I can teach you Pro Tools in 8 weeks?
These aren't necessarily questions, but reasons why I created my first course:
Learn to Record Vocals with Kimera Morrell.
The reason I made this program is because I learned that I have the solution to all these limitations and fears. Endless conversations with singers about the frustrations of relying on others to record, songs never getting finished, missing out on paid opportunities, and ultimately the fear that it will be too hard and confusing - have made me feel a sense of urgency to bring forward a learning format to abolish these beliefs.
I am inspired by this mission to show you that you can do this. If I have to work to make you a believer, take me up on the free workshop challenge and get a glimpse for yourself!Take the Free Workshop
What qualifies me?
Sure, I have a Bachelor's in Recording Engineering.
Yes, I've learned vocal production from masters like Louis Bell and Taj Jackson.
I was signed to Sony ATV and built up my skills collabbing with experts.
But what most qualifies me is the 10s of thousands of hours recording myself in my bedroom to earn the number one spot on Soundbetter.

*Here's how I discovered that the value of the modules is $21,305. The university I went to was $42,000 per year, x 4 years is $168k. But when I went through the curriculum list, I found that 5 classes were necessary to teach what I cover in this course. Each class comes to about $4,261, x 5 and we get $21,305. But what's even more gnarly is, you can't even go universities and just take 5 classes - you must enroll for 4 years. In my book, this means my course saves you a ridiculous amount of money and time. Sure you don't get a degree at the end, but not once in my entire career has anyone even asked if I went to college.

Not for sale...
I will GIVE you a copy of my personal recording template if you sign up for Level II or III. This is not for sale anywhere, only for my Level II and III vocalists!
You know how when you open an excel spreadsheet, it's completely blank? That is kinda the same for opening Pro Tools (our recording software). In the course I am going to teach you how to set up recording tracks, add plugins, and a lot more - BUT having this is like opening that excel spreadsheet and all the formulas are pre-programmed and columns are labeled and color coded so you can just hit RECORD.
My favorite part of a recording session is the final playback.
I still to this day have a ritual of turning up the speakers, pressing play, and lying on my floor with my eyes closed to take it in.
My second favorite is probably how often I wear sweats, no makeup, and definitely no heels when I jump on the mic because I’m in the comfort of my own home.
Learning to record was hard - for me. I really did struggle with figuring it out, but when I did finally understand, I was dumbfounded by how easily I felt like I could explain it to a child.
This is not supposed to be hard, and don’t let the gatekeepers tell you otherwise.
And there is a ton of information about recording that is just straight up irrelevant and unnecessary to learn. I liken it to core curriculum in college that tells you in order to be a journalism major you need to take at least up to Calculus II.
Ultimately I’ve come up with a methodology of teaching you how to record vocals in a way that I would have understood it with ease.
Anyone can do this. Let me prove it to you in 8 weeks or your money back.Let's do this!
I do have a bigger dream for your future...
Maybe you just want to record an album and get it on Spotify. Would you be doing this in what little time you can find between your regular job and all that comes with life?
My vision for you is to see the multitude of revenue streams available to singers who can record themselves remotely, and to see a different kind of reality where you are your own boss, you work when you want, AND you make more money than your old job paid you anyway.
I have 20 revenue streams in this new music industry. I have 40 "storefronts," (this is basically a word I use to describe the different locations on the internet or irl where my skills are being monetized).
Stay tuned and stay in touch - because coming soon I'll be releasing a new program called Music Entrepreneurship for Vocalists where I'll be giving you the blueprints to build your own music business.
